• Evaluation of investment opportunities, generation of LOI’s
• Development of business plans and improvement programs on the basis of a comprehensive due diligence of the investment target
• Support of the management in our portfolio companies during the implementation of value enhancement programs
• Realization of synergies across our portfolio companies
