CEO in portfolio company

We are actually looking for a Managing Director of a middle-sized, industrial portfolio company in a German-speaking country with international focus

Taking over the operational and commercial management in the portfolio company on site
Quick and comprehensive analysis of the value chain and identification of most the important improvement levers
Implementation of a result improvement program with support of the mutares team
Positioning of portfolio company for sustainable growth
Professional and disciplinary management, motivation and development of staff
Inducement of cultural change in alignment with mutares’ base values

Technical University degree and an additional business qualification. Consulting background is beneficial
At least three years of professional and management experience in manufacturing companies
Entrepreneurial-oriented leader with success-oriented, dynamic, hands-on operation
Due to the international clientele fluent English
